3.1. Jake Hoke is going to bring out his equipment (full upgraded PA) to the next First
Friday Event.
4. MULTIPLE VISUAL ARTISTS TO DISPLAY WORK
4.1. Make sure EVERY artist donates a predetermined percentage of their
commissions made at the event.
4.2. Bring out only one photographer and have them agree to stay for the entire
duration of the event so that you can brand the event by the photographer’s style?
(better cooperation / easier communication)
4.3. Rent out tables from Belmont Event Services
5. PHOTO BOOTH
5.1. Make sure someone is managing the clothing that Local Honey is lending us.
5.2. Paint the logos of the sponsors on the photobooth backdrop.
6. MEDIA COVERAGE
6.1. Send a press release 3 weeks prior to the launch date of the event to try to get
them to advertise the event.
6.2. Reach for a recap article of each event / someone to come out to do the live
coverage of the event.
