„Smutny „Mała Żabka”
Kotek”
Siedzi i spogląda w oknie, My dzieci do szkoły chodzimy
Gosia idzie? Czy nie moknie? I uczyć się ciągle musimy
Jest malutki niczym puszek,
Dam mu na imię kłębuszek.
Kiedy wskoczy na kolano,
To jest moją przytulanką.
9. Third place
Natalia Nyckowska IV „B”
Distinction
Weronika Castro IV „A”
„Kura”
„Królik”
Wyszła kura na podwórze,
Spodobało się to kurze. Królik skacze sobie żwawo
Na podwórku dużo kurzu, Między krzaczkami i zieloną trawą.
Piórko i sadzawka…
Drapu-drap jedną łap, Rozwesela wszystkie dzieci i wygania
Drapu-drapu jest robaczek, to go cap! smutki.
Drap-drap łapką w kurzu,
Jak tu pięknie na podwórzu.

THE SHELTER FOR ANIMALS IN PŁOCK
We went to the kennels in Płock. We took some photos of
beautiful dogs. Most of us have never been in the kennels.
We asked some questions and we got to know a lot of
information:
There are 220 dogs and 8 cats in the shelter now.
Every month about 30 pets are adopted. Almost the same
number of dogs are found and taken to the kennels every
month, especially in summer and winter (after Christmas).
The cost of adoption is 15 zloty. Every day dogs eat about
80-100 kilos of dog food and it costs about 6,000 zloty per
month.

We got a letter with a special thank-you for
all our help.
