Dear President Obama:
Thank you for this public forum to address crimes against humanity with
respect to the lack of scientific integrity and accountability in human
research studies and funding. This is an appeal for the execution of
inhumane research projects, the incarceration of the people name
aligned with such, and an end to the money laundering funds name
aligned with deadly human research projects. Defraud human research
studies have been used to disguise kill, torture, defraud inoculate, stalk
and terrorize innocent people. Please see the below web sites for

Above all, this is an appeal for public disclosure, monitoring, and the
dismantling of each and every dime being used and used for negative
science, primarily deadly pathogen creations/concoctions and
