pre-process produces.

to private sector supported land
consolidation efforts.

growth of private agricultural extension
services.
• For upward revision of ceiling or upper
limit on project size in designed
government supported backend
subsidy schemes for entrepreneurs.
This is to incentivize medium to big
players capable of managing the
inherent risk of supply chain in North
East.
