8. Close Up! Not only the presentations appearance is important! Make sure you dress the part and show positive body language. Pace yourself while delivering your message and also project your voice so everyone in the room can hear your message. Moving around while presenting is not a bad thing! Use your body as emphasis on the information much like another form of communication.
9. Add Graphics! Pictures, charts, graphs, video clips and more! All these create points of interest for your audience and keep them entertained while delivering your information. Pictures usually directly involve either the entire presentation idea or just the current slides theme. Charts and graphs provide vital facts about your subject in your favor. Video clips allow the audience to see what possible others think about your subject or possible a short documentary on the information.
10. Wrap Up! Ending your presentation on a good note is important! Make sure you covered the material and left no room for any confusion. Allow time for questions! Giving the audience the opportunity to ask questions allows you to cover anything you may have forgot while presenting and make up for it. Also remember to know any possible questions that your audience may ask. If by any chance you don’t know the answer, have references for them. Possibly a website link.
