You need help achieving your KPI's and the metrics you struggle with on a daily basis. This allows you to focus on those results and get the motivation and engagements that you need to make those results happen
2. KPI’s are used by managers to determine if
their organization is successful and is going
in the right direction.
Every Organization has their own KPI’s but
the same problem comes up and that is how
do we affect the KPI and get the results we
are looking for.
3. In every board meeting or executive meting
they will talk about metrics and how the
company is doing.
We need to find something that is going to
allow us to directly affect the indicators and
to get the results we so need.
The answer to this problem is to use Key
Performance Factors – KPF’s
4. Key Performance Factors are things that we
can use on a daily basis that will help us drive
the result we are looking for.
These are things looked at and changed and
monitored by you the user to help achieve
that result you are looking for.
When you use these factors you allow your
self the ability to change the indicators that
your organization is looking at.
5. The 7 KPF are:
◦ Goals set
◦ Goals Achieved
◦ Things I accomplished
◦ Compliments
◦ Failures
◦ Things that I did was fun today
6. The way we keep track of the KPF’s is by
writing them down in the empowering
engagement notebook.
By writing them down they become hard set
and you can look at them and determine how
you want to change them.
Then you can take your factors and change
them into actionable results
7. Many times we have many things on our
plates and we have to decide on what we are
going to focus on.
We need to determine what are the more
important things for us today.
Once you have create a list of important
items you need to select one thing that will
make or break your day.
8. A KPR is a Key Performance Result.
That is one thing that you are going to focus
on today that will make your day successful.
On the same note if you do not achieve that
result today it will break your day and will
cause you to have a terrible day.
So the question is what is you KPR for today?
9. As you look at your actionable items and you
have gone through you KPF’s and determined
what you are going to focus on.
What is the one result you have to have today.
If we try to focus on more than one thing
then the other results get diluted down so
just focus on one thing.
The other key point when deciding is make
sure you can achieve it in one day.
10. One of the key parts to motivation and
engagement is that they are closely tied to
results and achievements.
If we want to be motivated and engaged in
our lives we need to look at our results and
how we are achieving our goals.
When we do this we will feel better and we
will be able to achieve the results we are
looking for.
11. The question is how can I use these in
everyday life.
By using the notebook and writing down your
goals and accomplishments and failures every
single day. You will work on them and be able
to accomplish those goals every single day.
The best part is you can use these at home,
at work or any where you might be. They are
universal concepts.
12. One of the amazing benefits of this system is
that creates a work life balance that you can
not get through other systems.
By using the KPF’s and KPR’s you achieve a
higher state of satisfaction and the ability to
go out and attack any task that is given to
you.
This builds your self confidence in that you
can do anything as long as you take daily
steps to its achievement.
