I'm worked for four years with NTG Clarity Egypt as a QC Engineer learned in those two years a planned and systematic set of activities that ensure the quality of the software to satisfy the customer prospects. I worked in alot of software projects with the main Mobile Communication Providers in Egypt (Etisalat, Vodafone) , Algeria (Telecom Algerie) and Saudia Arabia (Mobily). The most of my work was on BSS Systems by example CRM Customer Relation Management, PC Product Catalogue, Billing Systems and Workflow Management Systems.
