69. Personal Information [Gender, Age, etc] Educational level Working sector [To which sector, with what role, etc] Issues regarding the studying and participation to the specific training program : Have they participated in seminar with similar subjects? Have they got previous experience with training through e-learning? Are they familiar with the usage of ICT? Do they have access to PC – Internet? Do they prefer to study at home, office, another location? Are they familiar with the language of the training material (English)? How much time they can use for studying and attending the specific training curriculum ? Open ended questions regarding the expectations of the trainees: What they will gain through the training program, how they will be benefited, etc Most of the questions should focus on the last category, because it will help better define the content and design of the training program Learning Needs Questionnaire
72. All the institutions taking part in the partnership seek to involve the trainees (teachers, trainers, mentors, tutors) in all the stages of the project: the planning, implementation and evaluation and the dissemination of the results. The trainees will be involved in all the stages of the training programme (research, planning, experimenting, evaluation). It is essential for the adults in the target group to develop skills in the field of curriculum management, as in their turn, they will have to create and develop training programmes. Due to the fact that this is a project in which teachers, trainers and tutors are now trainees, it is expected that they will have a better understanding of: the characteristics of adult education; the teaching methods which are more efficient, appealing and motivating; the means of ensuring quality in education and training; the better promotion of the principles of ‘lifelong and life-wide learning’. In order to ensure the quality of the education and training process, and the acquisition of ‘know how’, there will be specific strategies that will ensure the quality of the training programme and the implementation of the project. These strategies will be focused on the trainees: they will be consulted, they will have to express their opinions, they will evaluate, they will take part in transnational meetings, they will contribute to the creation of the final products. This project works with both the learners and the staff of participating institutions. Through our pedagogical issues and management of our project, our aim is to provide innovative and challenging techniques to the learners. We will have be in the contact with our partners and learners, we will write regular project evaluations and reports. Our team will create the project methodology and technology necessary for the e-learning program. We will share the pest practice with our partners. The feedback from the program will be sent to the coordinator on a regular basis. Project Partners Involvement
