50% text and 50% visuals in terms of planning “space” – This is ideal.
Visuals with superimposed text is another good option
Use left alignment of text
Visuals must come from the same “family”
All copy rights/acknowledgements should be strictly followed

• First use “bare” template
• Put only title slides
• Print, discuss, get approved and then finalize –
especially slides that will be kept in stock as a
back up; slides that will be hyperlinked; slides
that serve as “pauses”, “separators”, “punches”
