• What is: GB initiative to promote the relationship by closing dinners in the
different IBM branches. Is open to be used by every Territory Sales Rep. It's
possible to invite the customers in a one-to-one session between the Customer
+ BP + regional Rep or more than one customer (i.e. put together 03 decision
makers from the same industry but from different opportunities to promote
the change of ideas, etc). The spend limit per dinner is U$500.
• Where is: Full, Light and Satellite cities/branches
• When is: is up to you – a tip, is good to ask the initiative in the beginning of the
quarter, the process to request and the 'go ahead' to execute it spend in
maximum 1 month.
• For whom: every opportunity in your IBM branch region that needs a help to
close by relationship initiative.
