11. £20k upto £30k p.a. = £1500

12. Over £30k p.a. = £2000

13. Alternate currency salaries are subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at time of entering the agreement.

14. Fixed rate is agreed at time of placing vacancy irrespective of final salary agreed between you and the candidate. The prices quoted are negotiable (down) dependant on the numbers and type of vacancies of vacancies.

16. Weeks 5 - 8 = 50%

17. Weeks 9 - 12 = 25%

18. The rebate is only applicable if a suitable replacement cannot be sourced.

19. A rebate will not be made if the candidate leaves through redundancy.
