2. One should find fundamental causes of the bad economic
situation in false economic doctrine carried out from the
beginnings of the third Polish Republic which were accompanied
by harmful experiments and the predatory privatization and
irrational managing of the domestic economic potential. L isted
factors together with the loss of the sovereignty and the
boundless expansion of the foreign capital made our country
dependent from foreign capitals. T hey also contributed to the
increase of the national debt and the deficit of the international
trade, and to rise of the unemployment and the emigration for
economic reasons of Poles.

4. In order to help the environment, we can save the
energy, sort rubbish, use eco-friendly bags and
limit the consumption of raw materials. Within last
few years the pollution of the natural environment
has greatly increased. More and more chemicals are
found poured into the ground waters and sewers,
unregistered dumps are found in the forests. The
emission of a carbon dioxide to the atmosphere is
constantly increasing. Fortunately, the discussions
about the protection of the environment are being
made. People are being encouraged every day to try
to help the natural environment by taking actions
protecting the nature which every each of us will be
able to do.

6. The plan to deal with the crisis is based on
a few fundamental rules:
• save the economy when the crisis is
starting to diminish,
• create and regulate the new economy
• implement the planned economy,
• this process is supposed to be held with
inner strengths,
• to take national and foreign loans.
