Marketing of the balloon to the hotels and tourism companies.
Defining the balloon to the customers who do not know it.
Booking flights according to schedule and according to the customer's desire whether on the
first or second flight on the balloon.
Accompanying the customers from the hotel to the taking-off place and giving them comment
sheets.
Accompanying the customers back to their hotels and getting the comment sheets, at the end
of journey.
Reading every comment sheet carefully and do our best to improve the services that did not
