RE: Employment on the M/Y Callista
This letter is to confirm that Andries Leonard with South African
passport nr 455030502 was employed on the M/Y Callista from March
2012 until 30 September 2013.
Mr Leonard has worked with me on the M/Y Callista and prior to that on
the M/Y Gardenia for a winter refit. During his employment with me he has
illustrated his ability to learn and grow in the industry. He progressed to
deckhand/ Engineer on Callista during his first season and I decided to
promote him to First mate at the start of the 2013 season.
He did his duties diligently and did well with managing all facets of the
deck department as well as Bridge duties.
Due to Callista employing crew on a seasonal basis Mr Leonard left the
vessel at the end of September. I wish him all the best with his future
