describe the various types of cellular
communication technology. Since the beginning of
this millennium, a standard mobile device has gone
from being no more than a simple two-way pager

system.
Many experts argue that the future of computer

This service allows for short text messages to
be sent from one mobile phone to another
mobile phone, or from the Internet to a
mobile phone.
Messages usually cannot exceed 160
characters, including spaces.

Apps is an abbreviation for application. An
app is a piece of software. It can run on the
Internet, on your computer, or on your phone
or other electronic device.

In the UK, £7.8M was raised by text, through £1
and £5 donations for Red Nose Day 2009.
