ne of the objectives of the Turcot re-construction project is to unleash the development potential of the space

currently occupied by the Turcot Yards. Coupled with the impending MUHC super-hospital proposal, and within the
context of a highway and rail reconstruction involving about 122 hectares of land, this site is part of one of the larg-

The site presents urban designers with enormous opportunity to be creative and dynamic and grave responsibility to Jolicoeur
