An opening band warms up the crowd and makes
them ready for the main event.”

Get prospects excited to work with you,
and remind existing customers why you
are their best option. Warm up the
clients by sending Newsletters, which
should include impressive testimonials,
success stories and awards won or the
certifications. It should also include
Referrals to show that others have
referred you.

The great salespeople have “can do”
attitude because of this attitude they will
find the way to get the job done and get
more referrals and repetitive business
with long term cash flow.

Be honest and truthful to the client ,
never over promise and under deliver it’ll
surprise the customer. Be certain about
your deliverables and what the client can
expect from you. Shared expectations
increases harmony and sales.

The band plays the songs from their new album, allowing people to
hear those songs live for the first time. They also play their hits from
previous albums. These are the songs that made them popular with
their core audience.

model so that you can show them that
you understand their needs promptly to
deliver the required solution and speak
their language fluently. Clients expect
prompt attention, return sales calls and
realistic deadlines. Customers expect
