  1. I used this flowchart to summarise the translation process. It can be divided into three parts, first is the recruitment of translator, the second the standardization of translations which includes terminology and format. Finally is 3 steps of editing.
  2. 1.Release the recruitment notice, we would ask each candidate to carry out a translation test which contains 4 paragraphs of original text from aat. 3. In order to manage the translation quality and speed, our job assign is weekly based.
