- I used this flowchart to summarise the translation process. It can be divided into three parts, first is the recruitment of translator, the second the standardization of translations which includes terminology and format. Finally is 3 steps of editing.
- 1.Release the recruitment notice, we would ask each candidate to carry out a translation test which contains 4 paragraphs of original text from aat. 3. In order to manage the translation quality and speed, our job assign is weekly based.

- Use [track changes] function
- The new term [green (environmental concept)]] is added. It appears in two facets, one is in Associated Concept facet in the 4 th layer, and the other is in Physical Attributes Facet in the 5 th layer. Once we found the changes, we would label the term in green color in our outline word documents. At the same time, also record the first draft date and discovered date in the changes log.
- The project have two managers to supervise all the translation procedure. We hire ….4 student workers to organize all the documents.
