combination of Scalable Block Storage and File Storage, ActiveSTAK utilizes SSD caching for
Hot Data, and Standard HDD arrays for Cold Data storage.

19. Our cloud support team is part of a Network Operations Center (NOC) with personnel that
are responsible for monitoring all potential security risks and intrusion attempts on our
network. Our Data Centers are located in Canada, and comply with a number of various
regulatory privacy standards such as PHIPA (Ontario), PIPA, PIPEDA Canada, and PCI.
The ActiveSTAK Cloud retains audits and logs for any and all end-user actions within the
cloud infrastructure. We can help implement these policies to each individual cloud
server and operating system as well, through our System Administrator services.
