Transport Solution. It helps to track the location of all school trans port and children at any point of time.

OGTS School Bus Solution- Features
Parents alerted about the expected time of arrival (ETA) of the bus, when the school transport
starts its journey
Over speeding and excessive idling alerts via SMS/ email
Option of geofencing, wherein a boundary can be set for your school transport, upon crossing
which you receive an alert
Route playback feature enabling to view the routes travelled by the school vehicle with the
corresponding time and date
Trip schedule option allowing to Geo-tag the various stops of a particular trip to monitor the
start & end time and also the time spent at each stoppages.

OGTS School Bus Solution- Features
Consists of a back up battery, incase the device is disconnected from main power source
Sends an alert when the device attached to the school vehicle is tampered with.
RFID offers-
• Detecting the entry/ exit of kids from school bus/van
• Classroom Attendance
• Driver details of respective buses known to Parents and school management since
drivers would also be issued a RFID card
MDVR- Mobile digital video recorder to monitor the activities within the bus.

The OGTS online dashboard displays in real-time , the location of your vehicle on Google maps. The interface
is easy to use and can be accessed 24/7.
With the unique user-ID and password you receive from OGTS after installation,
log into the portal. Several alerts and customized reports are available on the dashboard itself. Below is a

 Subscription:
Along with product, a suitable subscription plan has to be chosen. Upon expiry, the subscription has to be
renewed. Failing to do the same will result in disconnection of the device.
 SIM card:
For trackers without voice monitoring, SIM card will be provided by OGTS at a monthly rental of Rs.100. It is
a postpaid SIM card with 1 GB data plan running at 2G speed.
 Warranty:
All the devices are covered with 1 year warranty period. However, if the device is tampered with or
reinstalled by a third party, the warranty will cease to be valid.
 Installation:
Device installations are taken up by our team of highly trained technicians within 24 hours of delivery and is
chargeable.
