Fitness is defined as being in good physical shape
or being suitable for a specific task or purpose.
◦ An example of fitness is the status of your physical
health.
◦ An example of fitness is someone who has the
capability of solving a problem
3. The definition of a brain is the mass of nerve tissue
located in the head of animals with spinal cords; it
is the center of thought and controls movement.
An example of brain is what is damaged when
someone has Alzheimer's disease.
4. Fitness helps us in not only physical ways but
also cognitively. Many persons who have been
diagnosed with stress related diseases have
been encourage to formulate physical
routines in order to help them think freely.
5. Our brains are known as the control centre of
our bodies, hence when we exercise we
release good hormones such as endorphins
while removing dopamine. More oxygenated
blood is released and there is proper
circulation.
6. Many persons are actually embarrassed when
they try to exercise but there is no reason to
be simply because there are so many ways to
exercise. Simple warm up, jogging on the
spot or taking the stairs instead of the
elevator or even letting your hair down, turn
up the music and get those blood vessels
positively pumping…
