Management staff that provide, operational oversights, objectives, inspiration or administrative
services to a business.
The effective and successful organizational leadership can help to prioritize objective for
subordinates and to provide guidance to achieve the vision of the organization. Organization is
continuous wide process that enhances collective ability for acceptance and response to internal
as well as external changes. Successful organizational is that require systematic integration and
collective interpretation of innovative knowledge that lead to take action, in which risk taking as
experimentation. It focuses on the past experience for the developing future strategies.

Way of interaction of people within groups is known as organizational behavior.
Organizational behavior is an attempt to create efficient organizations. The main theme of the
study of organizational behavior is that “to apply scientific approach to the management
workers”. Organizational behavior is actual human behavior study in organizational settings that
interface between human behavior and organization, and the organization itself.
It comprised on many subject areas that examined at different levels, such as individual behavior
groups behavior, and collective behavior over organization at different issues to each levels.
Studying of organizational behavior helps manager to understand perception, attitude and
personality, influence work behavior, motivation and other important work outcomes such as
learning, commitment and sati fiction etc.
Organizational leadership concept
Management and leadership are two important things in business. Organizational leadership that
represent varying interest among managers, employees, and other business stakeholders.
Commonly management is defined that, organization and coordination of different economic
resources in a business.
Organizational leader as an owner or executive director of a company. Most of company owners
are leaders. They start new business based on their own idea or vision. The company owners or
business owners are responsible for the controlling and monitoring all aspects of their business.
Improve organizational effectiveness through leadership
This statement is give support to the effective organizational leadership is that preformed by a
team.
Leadership is an energetic management style that provokes leaders to motivate employees
through various methods. Leadership have an own method and techniques of staff motivation
and to improve organizational effectiveness. When you manage all things in a right place and
right time, then you can motivate yours staff easily. Leaders always tent to visible own staff.
Leaders sometime involve in work with company employees as well as to motivate the staff
members. The employees must have begun to develop a stronger sense of confidence in the
company. Managers are the representative of the company employees. When they are active,
then the company cans achieve their result. When manager push hard on staff members, then
employees become motivate and start to take company success.
Strong commitments of the staff members have direct positive effect on the production and
efficiency of the company. The leader informed the company employees about the failure or
success of the company. The leaders always want to show best performance. Therefore they
always take more efficiency from company employees. The hardworking of the company
employees increase the credit and show the best performance of the company manager.
Some time the leader arranges different seminars, programmed for the company employees to
motivate and increase their ability for the outcomes of the company. The managers always try to
achieve the mission and vision of the company. Some time when an employee show best
performance in their work, and have the ability, they become manager of that company.
The one important quality of a good manager is that to delegate responsibilities to their
subordinates to assist in their career development. Transformational believes that, should give an
extra credit to subordinate when they perform extra task without their responsibility. The
subordinates when they are punctual and responsible they can become company leader.
The manager when he itself owner as well as manager of their company, then the result of this
company is good as compare to those whose manager is not the owner of their company. The
manager when they have good manners with their subordinates, then the company employees
sincere with them. But when a manager have rude manners with their subordinate, then their
subordinate are not sincere with the company. The manager should have to establish strong
communication with their subordinates. The company in which the manager have friendly
relation with their employees have more productive.
Impacts of leadership on organizational performance
This statement challenges the “effective organizational leadership is that performed by a team’’
Leadership is an essential function in a business. Leadership has a clear vision that solves the
conflicts among different individuals who are responsible for the company vision. While
management is the organization and coordination of different economic resources in business.
Leadership have a great influence on organizational performance.
Usually small business establishes leadership tone for organization. The company Boss or
company owners set a goal or mission which is operate their company. Usually business owners
prepare policies and guidelines for their company mission. The guidelines of the business owners
decrease the ability of the company employees that they perform. Because the policy of the
business owners is their own thinking that may be wrong or right for the company employees.
The best leadership for a business owner is that, when they prepare guideline or policy for their
business, they should to involve the company employees. Give freedom of speech to their
subordinate when they prepare policy.
Three type of leadership are very common in a business, authoritarian, democratic and laissez-
faire. Each type of leadership has different impacts on organizational performance.
(a) Authoritarian leadership:
It is a commanding or order leadership which has clear expectation from their employees
in their organization.
(b) Democratic leadership:
That type of leadership in which encourage feedback and input from managers or
subordinates in the organization.
(c) Laissez-faire:
It is a hand-off approach, in which managers and their subordinates are work according to
their own think, own performance and own schedule.
Successful organization performance has a proper and systematic behavior way of a manager and
their subordinates. Leadership is an evolutionary process in a business. Business owners can
mutual change from one position to another position. Leadership can change the mentality of
their subordinates. The employee’s performance increases the productivity as well as increase
the performance of their managers. Some time leadership has negative impacts on organizational
performance. The leadership is dominant and some employees cannot agree with their
dominancy. Then managers and subordinates may also be less willing to help extremely critical
leader. Dominancy in business creating difficulties in business relationship. Usually most of
company avoids dominant leaders.

a large range of food and beverages, from treat to healthy eats, and to finding innovative
techniques to minimize the impacts of environment and to low the cost by energy and water
conservation. They provide a safe inclusive workplace for our employees globally.
Sustainability governance
PEPSICO perform a sustainability task force ordered by the president of PEPSICO. They task
force guide and to effort in partnership with leadership members that focus on the performance
with purpose, human, environment and talent sustainability. The operation leads to our business
include PEPSICO senior executives within world level. Global operation that comprised on
human resource legal, government policy, and government affairs, development and research,
finance procurement and communication.
Stakeholder engagement
PEPSICO wants to continue their engagement with stakeholders. Particularly they want input
regarding their sustainability goals and reporting. PEPSICO benefited from stakeholder feedback
in various sectors to provide survey which is conducted by global scan from PPSICO side. The
PEPSICO give credit and appreciate those stakeholders and partners around the world, who are
helping PEPSICO to forward their sustainability goals.

grants provided by them, with foundation through volunteer community services. The PEPSICO

citizen everywhere they operate, and serve for live.

he always give the message of good manner and peace to the world. In prison, Nelson Mandela

followers. Actually he was the symbolic leader for anti apartheid movement. Following his
release from South Africa, but an agitator person as hittler, cannot become an ideal symbolic
leader for some one.
From this illustration, we can cloud the relationship between leaders and followers. The leader’s
power comes through election that the followers want to bring change in their economical and
social development. For the best symbolic leadership, there is need of management skills. A
leader who has management skills, can easily monitor and control all resources and all aspects of
the organization or a business. The leadership and management have a deep and strong relation
with each other. The leader ship without management is meaningless. Leadership inspire while
management plans, leader praise while managers detect fault. The quality of leadership should
adopt for a manager. Sometime leader ask question while manager find direction for solution.
For leadership, there in need of superior manner, but for manager, is need less good manner is
compare to leadership. The two things which is common in both manager as well as in leaders,
as the integrity and sincerity. The integrity and sincerity is increase the efficiency and
effectiveness of the business. The best leadership is that that can give audit to everyone. This is
the best proof of their clearance. Every leader is a manager but every manager is not a leader.
When a business fail or not success, then the manager or leader is responsible for the failure of
the business. The integrity, sincerity, punctual, monitoring of resources, and the utilization of
resources at right place and right time is the qualities of best leadership.

  • 1. . Definition of organizational leadership Management staff that provide, operational oversights, objectives, inspiration or administrative services to a business. The effective and successful organizational leadership can help to prioritize objective for subordinates and to provide guidance to achieve the vision of the organization. Organization is continuous wide process that enhances collective ability for acceptance and response to internal as well as external changes. Successful organizational is that require systematic integration and collective interpretation of innovative knowledge that lead to take action, in which risk taking as experimentation. It focuses on the past experience for the developing future strategies. 0rganizational behavior Way of interaction of people within groups is known as organizational behavior. Organizational behavior is an attempt to create efficient organizations. The main theme of the study of organizational behavior is that “to apply scientific approach to the management workers”. Organizational behavior is actual human behavior study in organizational settings that interface between human behavior and organization, and the organization itself. It comprised on many subject areas that examined at different levels, such as individual behavior groups behavior, and collective behavior over organization at different issues to each levels. Studying of organizational behavior helps manager to understand perception, attitude and personality, influence work behavior, motivation and other important work outcomes such as learning, commitment and sati fiction etc. Organizational leadership concept Management and leadership are two important things in business. Organizational leadership that represent varying interest among managers, employees, and other business stakeholders. Commonly management is defined that, organization and coordination of different economic resources in a business. Organizational leader as an owner or executive director of a company. Most of company owners are leaders. They start new business based on their own idea or vision. The company owners or business owners are responsible for the controlling and monitoring all aspects of their business.

Leadership is an energetic management style that provokes leaders to motivate employees through various methods. Leadership have an own method and techniques of staff motivation and to improve organizational effectiveness. When you manage all things in a right place and right time, then you can motivate yours staff easily. Leaders always tent to visible own staff. Leaders sometime involve in work with company employees as well as to motivate the staff members. The employees must have begun to develop a stronger sense of confidence in the company. Managers are the representative of the company employees. When they are active, then the company cans achieve their result. When manager push hard on staff members, then employees become motivate and start to take company success. Strong commitments of the staff members have direct positive effect on the production and efficiency of the company. The leader informed the company employees about the failure or success of the company. The leaders always want to show best performance. Therefore they always take more efficiency from company employees. The hardworking of the company employees increase the credit and show the best performance of the company manager. Some time the leader arranges different seminars, programmed for the company employees to motivate and increase their ability for the outcomes of the company. The managers always try to achieve the mission and vision of the company. Some time when an employee show best performance in their work, and have the ability, they become manager of that company. The one important quality of a good manager is that to delegate responsibilities to their subordinates to assist in their career development. Transformational believes that, should give an extra credit to subordinate when they perform extra task without their responsibility. The subordinates when they are punctual and responsible they can become company leader. The manager when he itself owner as well as manager of their company, then the result of this company is good as compare to those whose manager is not the owner of their company. The manager when they have good manners with their subordinates, then the company employees sincere with them. But when a manager have rude manners with their subordinate, then their subordinate are not sincere with the company. The manager should have to establish strong communication with their subordinates. The company in which the manager have friendly relation with their employees have more productive.

Impacts of leadership on organizational performance This statement challenges the “effective organizational leadership is that performed by a team’’ Leadership is an essential function in a business. Leadership has a clear vision that solves the conflicts among different individuals who are responsible for the company vision. While management is the organization and coordination of different economic resources in business. Leadership have a great influence on organizational performance. Usually small business establishes leadership tone for organization. The company Boss or company owners set a goal or mission which is operate their company. Usually business owners prepare policies and guidelines for their company mission. The guidelines of the business owners decrease the ability of the company employees that they perform. Because the policy of the business owners is their own thinking that may be wrong or right for the company employees. The best leadership for a business owner is that, when they prepare guideline or policy for their business, they should to involve the company employees. Give freedom of speech to their subordinate when they prepare policy. Three type of leadership are very common in a business, authoritarian, democratic and laissez- faire. Each type of leadership has different impacts on organizational performance. (a) Authoritarian leadership: It is a commanding or order leadership which has clear expectation from their employees in their organization. (b) Democratic leadership: That type of leadership in which encourage feedback and input from managers or subordinates in the organization. (c) Laissez-faire: It is a hand-off approach, in which managers and their subordinates are work according to their own think, own performance and own schedule. Successful organization performance has a proper and systematic behavior way of a manager and their subordinates. Leadership is an evolutionary process in a business. Business owners can mutual change from one position to another position. Leadership can change the mentality of their subordinates. The employee’s performance increases the productivity as well as increase the performance of their managers. Some time leadership has negative impacts on organizational performance. The leadership is dominant and some employees cannot agree with their dominancy. Then managers and subordinates may also be less willing to help extremely critical leader. Dominancy in business creating difficulties in business relationship. Usually most of company avoids dominant leaders.

Leadership inspire while management plans, leader praise while managers detect fault. The quality of leadership should adopt for a manager. Sometime leader ask question while manager find direction for solution. For leadership, there in need of superior manner, but for manager, is need less good manner is compare to leadership. The two things which is common in both manager as well as in leaders, as the integrity and sincerity. The integrity and sincerity is increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business. The best leadership is that that can give audit to everyone. This is the best proof of their clearance. Every leader is a manager but every manager is not a leader. When a business fail or not success, then the manager or leader is responsible for the failure of the business. The integrity, sincerity, punctual, monitoring of resources, and the utilization of resources at right place and right time is the qualities of best leadership.
