Waimark Enterprises head offices are located in Nairobi CBD, from where all the activities are governed. This

Organizationstructure
CEO
The CEO is the head of Waimark Enterprises. She provides overall leadership to the management team and is
responsible for achieving the expected business plan and financial results of the company while implementing
plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives. She has introduced new concepts and has been
instrumental in promoting a new level of growth and strategy in the operations of Waimark Enterprises.
Financeand AdministrationManager
The position holder oversees the general tactical operations of the company. Key responsibilities is to ensure
that the day to day activities run smoothly and are in line with company overall strategy and objectives.
The position is held by a senior accountant, who has 9 years’ experience in the finance and admin function, who
holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce together with ACCA and Diploma in business administration.

HumanResourceManager
The position oversees the human resource function of the organization and provides management with strategic
direction in regards to Human resource management. The office holder also performs HRM planning,
controlling, staffing, leading, compensation and separation of personnel in consultation with management team.
The holder holds a Bachelor in development studies and Diploma in Human Resource, with over 6 years’
Respect for Human Rights

The Marketingmanager
The marketing manager is responsible for providing management leadership to the front-line operations of the
business, Instilling a marketing led code of conduct throughout the business, researching and reporting on
external opportunities, understanding current and potential customers, managing the customer journey
(customer relationship management) and developing the marketing strategy and plan.
Technicalteam
This is the hands on team that we entrust the work to. They are responsible for quality work and also purchasing
the best products from the manufacturers. The team also serves as a link between the company and the
manufacturers of the office stationery equipment we supply.
It comprises of a team of young and energetic men and women who do their work passionately.
