engaged in manufacturing of high quality clutch plates and cover assemblies, clutch
lining / clutch facing of HCV, LCV, CARS, TRACTORS and Heavy Earthmoving
equipments such as Road Rollers

 EATABLISHED:- 1963
 CERTIFICATION: - ISO: 9001-2008 and on the approved list of
“Association of State Road Transport Undertaking (ASRTU) New Delhi”.
 PRODUCTION:- In Bajaj Auto ways (Regd.), the main priority is to offer
quality products to aftermarket , OEM and international market. The
production is based on ISO guidelines .Based on quality standards of Bajaj
auto ways (Regd.) the raw material is procured from different suppliers. After
machining, pre products are ready to be assembled in assembly lines and after
performing precise control and testing , the parts are delivered to customers
the production lines include
1. MACHINING LINES :- The lines are equipped with advanced and
precise CNC and VMC machines for machining of raw materials
with high accuracy. All types of precise presses ranging from
hydraulic to mechanical presses are available.
2. CLUTCH ASSEMBLY LINE & COVER ASSEMBLY LINE:- the
lines are equipped with small to big press required for assembly and
advanced equipment such as balancing machines ,Torque angle test
machine, spring test machines
3. HEAT TREATMENT
4. RESEARCH& DEVLOPMENT :- with relying knowledge and
skilled workforce Bajaj Auto ways (Regd.), constantly working to
improve design of clutch plate and cover disk assembly
5. TESTING DEPARTMENT :-To increase and improve its customer
satisfaction Bajaj Auto ways (Regd.) have installed different types of
testing machine ,that are Torque test machine , Hardness testing,
Clutch & Cover load testing machine, Spring testing machine , Burst
testing machine, Endurance testing machine.
