Patient data is captured real time at provider facility and sent to
centralized analytics platform powered by WSO2 - the
platform analyses data against healthcare patterns and
provides near real time feedback to patients
e.g FBS, normal blood tests and Glucose test results are analyzed centrally against given patterns; if
a potential (or predicted based on patterns) pre-diabetic or exiting diabetic hyper-glycemia is
detected, the provider is notified ASAP so that this information can be communicated with the
patient.
