Followformation is pretty simple to use and understand. Twitter users are broken up into categories of interest like celebrity, writer, NBA, or travel, which you can select to find new people to follow. Should you check the preview box, you can even hover over category names to see individual users. Then you can select to follow the top 10 – 50 from each category, add your Twitter login credentials, and click follow to automatically follow new people.

Here's one new tool that can help them out. FollowFormation is a free service launched last week by an 18-year-old entrepreneur named Brian Wong. Brian zipped his way through an undergrad business degree and promptly created a service that he says will help users find and follow top users according to their interests.
