  14. 14. Advantages: No cost or overhead to use Extremely flexible; accommodates users ranging from technophobes to power users Portfolio stays under control of user; does not require Blackboard access Supports viewer comments No need to migrate from Upstate system when graduating Disadvantages: No integration with Blackboard Google.com offers free hosting under their Google Sites page. Many portfolio templates are available that give users a simple way to develop their ePortfolio.
