This document describes two community-based tourism lodges in Thailand: Lisu Lodge in Chiang Mai and Lanjia Lodge in Chiang Rai. Both lodges are located within local communities and employ local residents. They aim to preserve local culture and traditions while sustaining the livelihoods of the communities. The lodges deliver authentic cultural experiences to visitors through performances, handicraft lessons, and other activities meant to foster understanding between guests and their host communities.
