Here is the AAR's invite to the DOE event. You can designate up to 20
people, including two for priority seeting,

Please join us at 2 p~m. on Wednesday February 12 for the rollout of the
President's Climate initiative, a key part of the President's climate
change strategy announced last February 14. This event will acknowledge and
recognize the voluntary efforts of various sectors in responding to the
President's challenge to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The event will be held at the Department of Energy cafeteria, 1000
Independence Ave., SW, one block from the Independence Avenue exit of the
Smithsonian Metro stop. The cafeteria is in the West Building, which is a
two story building, the top level of which is all glass. Enter the Tenth
Street door (east side of the building). The door will be open during I -
1:45 p.m. Attendees must arrive by 1:45 p.m. to assure entry and should
bring photo identification.
The Association of American Railroads has been allotted 20 (twenty) slots
for this event. Please email to the below email addresses up to that number
of names by 10 a.m. Tuesday,
February I11. Additions or substitutions will not be allowed after that time.
On your list, please indicate the two attendees designated for priority
seating.
