6. Yoga Teacher Training 300 Hrs
The 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program covers
advance topics in yoga to deepen the student’s
knowledge.
The curriculum consists of five courses:
•Pranayama & Meditation
•Asana I (deepen personal practice)
•Anatomy
•Philosophy
•Asana II (teaching methodology and class design)
The 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program also entails
components of independent learning in the form of
research, literature review, and teaching practicums.
