Companies today are asking more of employee volunteer programs (EVPs) than ever before. From increasing brand reputation, to helping recruit and retain talent, to volunteer programs being seen as a way to make employees happier, healthier and more productive. You know that your programs are doing all of these things but how can you show this value to leadership to get the budget, staff, tools, partnerships and cross-department collaboration to take your program to the next level?
Join VolunteerMatch with Debbie Donahey of OhioHealth and Rachel Tallant of Appirio as they share their individual stories on how they were able to position their programs internally, engage key stakeholders and become advocates for the resources they needed to take their EVPs to the next level . If you are stuck or overwhelmed on where to start, this webinar will give you practical tips and a plan to start to build the right relationships at your company that can help you advocate for your EVP.
