Deliverables on Talent Acquisition:
• Handling the complete recruitment cycle. Responsible for Internal Recruitments . Attending Walk
In Interviews. Conducting preliminary rounds of Interviews & technical / aptitude tests before
arranging interviews with the senior management.
• Prepare job description for the recruitment position. Understand from the line managers the skill required
for the particular position and draft job description accordingly.
• Short listing / Screen the profiles as per the requirement. Arranging interview schedules with clients.
Using different search techniques viz. Job portals,, In house Data Bank, Head hunting, references
and maintaining database of CV’s for future reference.
• Making Salary negotiations with the candidates. Joining formalities, follow-ups, Issuance of Pre-
Joining Letters, offer letters, Appointment Letters etc. .
• Head – Hunting, Making the Offers, Salary negotiations with the candidates &. Closing the
• Pre & Post joining follow – ups & formalities with the candidates. Providing Joining / Offer &
Appointment Letters. Doing the reference checks of the candidates.
• Maintenance of HRIS Database. Preparing & sending the daily, weekly, & monthly MIS for global team
