3. Vincent Van Gogh was never really appreciated
during his life for his art. He was always
interested in art as a young child and would love
to draw pictures. Van Gogh was also mentally
insane.

suicide at a young age,
his art, in my opinion,
is the most influential
and meaning art of all
time.
6. Vincent Van Gogh was
ridiculed his whole life,
always being told his art
wasn’t good or his art was
meaningless. Not only was
Van Gogh depressed by all of
the verbal and physical abuse
he would get from his peers,
he also had multiple mental
disorders.

doctors would say
were caused by
temporal lobe
epilepsy
He was also diagnosed
with manic depression
Van Gogh was also
diagnosed with a brain
lesion which doctors
believed to be
aggravated by his
prolonged use of
absinthe causing his
epileptic condition.

Gogh’s Life
When Vincent was a
young fellow, he was very
serious and quiet. His
interest in art began as a
young child, and his
drawings as a child only
developed over time,
growing more intense as
time went on. In mid-
summer of 1869, Vincents’
Uncle Cent.

very vibrant and full of

Vincent Van
Gogh Van Gogh never married, but
had a child with one of his
models by forcing himself
upon her. She became
pregnant that summer. He
committed suicide in July of
1890 by shooting himself in the
chest twice. He didn’t
immediately die after he shot
himself, it took about 3 days
for him to actually cease to
exists. He died at only 37.

13. Vincent once said, “ I dream my painting and I paint my
dream.”. Vincent Van Gogh’s art is very vibrant and full
of colors that complement each other. His work has
meaning, and although his life was full of tragedy and
misfortunate, he still managed to change the world in a
positive way. Van Gogh has inspired millions to become
artists and is still influencing people to this day.
14. Although Vincent Van Gogh was a
pretty messed up fellow, you cannot
deny that his art is beautiful with it’s
bright and vibrant colors.
