Roles & Responsibilities as Sr. Engineer (Packing plant )
• Involved in schedule preparation & resource forecasting for day to day maintenance activities.
• Responsible for inter-discipline coordination and quality assurance of job.
• Ensuring that the maintenance is completed according to planning.
• Directs the contractor as well as company workman for timely job completion with desired accuracy out in the
field and assist maintenance controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
• Coordination with other departments for smooth plant operation and maintenance activity with mutual
problem solving attitude.

• Involved in complete maintenance activities of packing plant starting from planning to job execution.

• To coordinate with production and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays in maintenance work. Also to

• Compile information for shutdown bar chart preparation and identifying delays in actual work..
• Involved in making Budget Proposals for maintenance spares and capex requirements with optimization.
