demonstrate a concern for people; it enhances follower well-being.

entrepreneurs are leaders but all leaders are not entrepreneurs. A
follower follows his leader and the leader in turn follows the rules of
the organization. It mean that a person should be flexible either to
work as a leader or as a follower. A great leader starts off as a great
follower.
