With a vision to accomplish something not many in the industry have dared to explore before,
Prasanna Group & SunCabs decided to join hands to form “Uniko”. The word itself in Italian
means “Unique”. As the name suggests the company offers Unique products to diverse market segments
ranging from Automobiles to Industrial.
Prasanna is a 250 Cr Group established by Mr Prasanna Patwardhan
in the year 1988 and has been a significant contributor to the Indian
transport & travel Industry over the last 2 Decades.
SunCabs was formed in the year 1991 by Mr Surendra Date
with the aspiration to be amongst India’s leading FRP manufacturers focusing
on Automobile Industry, in the last 2 decades Suncabs has manufactured more than
10,000 “Tata” Truck Cabins & 15,000 “Tempo Trax” Cabins.

An Engineer by qualification Sourabh brings with him technical abilities to
steer the company ahead with constant product innovation. He also
spearheads the R & D and Quality control department of the company
ensuring that each product rolled out of the factory is nothing but the best.

Coming from a hardcore business family Saurabh completed his MBA in
Marketing from the United Kingdom. With a curious mind and ability to
understand consumer needs well he brings with him deep understanding
from the Transportation Industry.
