Alistair Reid - Technical Director
Alistair has 25 years of technical recruitment experience and holds a MCIPD qualification. He has been
with LA since 2001 and is responsible for overseeing the Technical and Marine Departments. Alistair is
based within the Aberdeen head office.
Mhairi Preston - Commercial Director
Mhairi has ultimate responsibility for the financial operations of the company but also oversees the
running and growth of the US office. Mhairi has been with LA since 1991 and has vast experience in
