The purpose of this research was to understand the recruitment process
in detail and also the candidate’s experience. All the aspects have been
covered in the survey starting from the physical ambiance of Accenture
to the recruitment process and after going through the data analysis it
can be concluded that the overall response has been very much positive
and majority of the candidates are satisfied with the recruitment process.
This study is useful not only to Accenture for validating its recruitment
processes but would also benefit other organizations in similar lines of
business as a frame of reference for benchmarking their recruitment
practices.
