2. RIGHT and READY specializes in custom training modules for our
esteemed clients in Telecom and Retail space.
It was founded by Ujjal Kumar Jain in June 2011 and started
commercial operations on 5th August 2011.
Our first client in Telecom space is Spice Retail for whom we are
doing a one of its kind project named “SPICE GURU“ focusing on
customer delight. Presently we are doing this in 9 cities of India.
In last seven months, we have scaled up the competence level of
387 retail associates of theirs who had never been trained before
and needless to say the results have been very encouraging. We
have already assessed 297 trained retail associates and
working towards phase II launch now.
