5. Panel Discussion - the fun stuff &
channels
1. We started with all the panelists talking about their favorite emojis.
Thumbs-up came up as the clear winner :) Sravan described how
his team uses their co-workers quirky mugshots as emojis.
2. Raj started the discussion on policy of channels and how it powers
the transparency in the org. All the panelists concurred that all
channels need to be public by default.
3. Anand expanded on how Swiggy uses a cross team channel
called customer stuff where they discuss common customer
problems.

6. Panel Discussion - Integrations
1. Sravan talked about custom integrations that are used by Belong
to bring in data from other systems to Slack and the resulting
productivity gains.
2. Anand explained how they use Slack with Trello at Belong to keep
the product machinery ticking.
3. Audience participation was great in this part of the discussion.
Other bots that came up were Standuply, Giphy, AttendanceBot,
and Jirabot.

7. Panel Discussion - Wrapping up
1. Anand talked about how he feels that Slack is now the new
intranet and the one true source of all company knowledge.
2. Sravan spoke about how Slack is powering the unique Belong
culture which runs on a great mix of transparency and use of direct
messages.
3. Raj chipped in with how using Slack with Zoom has made it almost
impossible to live without.
