This document discusses the veterinary services provided by Jim Moest and the Lena Veterinary Clinic to Equity Livestock Coop, a cooperative of 13 livestock sale barns. It details the clinic's transition to using electronic Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (eCVI) to streamline the process and reduce wait times for customers. Initial attempts using the USDA VSPS system were slow. Switching to the Global Vet Link eCVI system and installing high-speed internet in late 2010 significantly reduced consignee wait times and improved customer satisfaction.
