Presentation outlined NLS use of class web2.0 services have been used including YouTube, Flickr, Facebook and Yammer. And how the Library might exploit "crowdsourcing" to assist in projects such as OCR checking and digitisation. Explored issues surrounding metadata and the importance of using standardised terminologies that will be adaptable to for semantic web preparation. Asked question if digitisation of unique materials might be a priority.
