‘Simple ONE’ Electric Scooter in India
Simple Energy launches its rst electric scooter ‘Simple ONE’
in India with a starting price is Rs 1.45 lakh to Rs 1.58 lakh (ex-
showroom, Bengaluru). The delivery of the scooter will begin
in a phased manner starting with Bengaluru on 6th June. The
Simple ONE has a range of up to 212 km on a single charge.
It has a battery capacity of 5kWh, a top speed of 105 kmph
and a 0-40 kmph acceleration time of 2.77 seconds.

at Usd 6 bn Valuation
Ola Electric, an e-scooter manufacturer, has secured USD 300
million (about INR 2,500 crore) in its latest funding round,
which will push up its valuation to USD 6 billion, a business

7. Enigma Launches E-scooter GT 450 pro
at INR 89,000 and Crink V1 at INR 94,000
Enigma Automobiles Private Limited, the electric vehicle (EV)
manufacturer from Central India, has launched the high-speed
variants of its Crink and GT450 series. The GT450 variant will
start at a price point of INR 89,000, and Crink V1 variant at INR
94,000. (Both ex-showroom.) The vehicles come with AIS 156
PHASE-2, amendment 3- approved lithium-ion batteries.

Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has announced the
commencement of construction at its battery cell gigafactory.
Ola Electric battery cell gigafactory is located in Tamil Nadu’s
Krishnagiri. It is touted to be one of the most advanced and
biggest cell manufacturing facilities with a production capacity
of 10 gigawatt-hours per annum.
