Travel Peru DAY 2: CUSCO / MACHU PICCHU:Pick up at the hotel to board the train for a full day tour to the magical inca city of Machu Picchu, it is 112 Kms. from Cusco city. <br />During the journey we'll see the Urubamba canyon, Urubamba River and the whitepeaks of the Urubamba mountain range, including the highest one the Veronica (5500 meters). <br />Arriving in Aguas Calientes train station we'll go to Machu Picchu where we will visit this wonderfull Inca Sanctuary also known as quot;

one of the best known examples of Inca architecture here you will see the main plaza, the circular tower, the sacred sun dial (the most important preserved intihuatana) the royal quarters and a lot more.
