The Durham County Reentry program provides transitional services for individuals leaving the criminal justice system since 2000. It is a collaborative effort between the Department of Correction, Division of Community Correction, Post-Release Supervision Commission, Criminal Justice Resource Center, and Durham Police Department. The program provides services pre-release, during release, and post-release including assessments, supervision, cognitive behavioral programming, education, employment assistance, housing, treatment and case management.
