RECRUITMENT
Coordinate recruitment in line with group/company policy & business
Recruitment strategy taking diversity into consideration – local &
international
Coordinate Induction Program for new employees
Monitor staff performance and confirmation of appointment (Probation)
CAREER MANAGEMENT
Coordinate the execution staff mobility in-line with business strategy &
group policy on mobility
Coordinate the Job description/evaluation and placement (job-man-fit)
Coordinate the mid year and end of year performance management

Develop the Solar Business in Nigeria. These include Solar rechargeable lamps,
Solar Mini plants/Grid and Solar Home Systems.
ACTIVITIES
Project management
Draw up a business plan ready for implementation for new strategies to drive
sales to the market and present to the management for approval
Determine the product strategy and positioning while monitoring the industry
developments closely and translate those to overall product strategy.
Prioritize the markets and determine market entry strategies for new regions.
Monitor the relations with suppliers and partners.
Supply and Logistics
In conjunction with the transit/customs services of the affiliate, order the solar
solutions from Parent company in Paris with full consideration of Sales forecast,
route, period of storage and inventory.
Coordinate logistics to other warehouses in the affiliate and ensure solar systems
storage in inline with the approved
Sales and Marketing
Manage annual solar lamp annual sales budgeting process for Total marketing
Nigeria and monitor implementation.
Set up distribution policy and ensure its development in line with the channel of
sales.
Follow up on the pricing mechanism/Margins analysis per channel and customer
category monitor
Monitor feed backs of competitor activities
Develop and establish excellent brand image
Train and retrain sales team, resellers, partners etc
Ensure implementation of after sales procedures

Coordinate the reporting activities and prepare periodic reports for Management

Collect and analyze market data from internal and external sources to produce
quantitative analysis for management strategic decision.

Collate and analyze training needs from all divisions in Total Nig
Prepare training plan in line with identified needs and approved budget
