Other category of staff managed: includes Industrial Attaché & National Youth Service Corps.  Coverage: Head Office, 3 Territories (West, East & North with 8 sales areas), 3 Lubricant Blending Plants, 2 TNPLC WP Depots; 2 Joint Venture Depots and 4 Aviation Depots  Reporting Lines: Reports to the General Manager (Human Resource, Company Secretary and Company Secretary.  Responsible for over : N196M ACTIVITIES RECRUITMENT  Coordinate recruitment in line with group/company policy & business  Recruitment strategy taking diversity into consideration – local & international  Coordinate Induction Program for new employees  Monitor staff performance and confirmation of appointment (Probation) CAREER MANAGEMENT  Coordinate the execution staff mobility in-line with business strategy & group policy on mobility  Coordinate the Job description/evaluation and placement (job-man-fit)  Coordinate the mid year and end of year performance management exercises and communications of results.  Coordination of the objective setting process for SG02-M5  Coordinate & participate in career interviews exercise and staff counseling  Identification of high performing employees  Prepares and reviews the Succession documents with the EXCO   TRAINING   Identify training needs of the company (local & international)  Prepare the training plan in line with identified gaps  implement training plan in line with approved budget  Liaise with and render training returns to Statutory authorities  Organize Internal Seminars & Conferences for Management staff strategic sessions
  2.        HR PROJECTS   HR Policy & Procedure formulation and implementation  Feminization  Mentoring Initiative 2013 – 2016 SOLAR SERVICES MANAGER. Develop the Solar Business in Nigeria. These include Solar rechargeable lamps, Solar Mini plants/Grid and Solar Home Systems. ACTIVITIES  Project management Draw up a business plan ready for implementation for new strategies to drive sales to the market and present to the management for approval Determine the product strategy and positioning while monitoring the industry developments closely and translate those to overall product strategy. Prioritize the markets and determine market entry strategies for new regions. Monitor the relations with suppliers and partners.  Supply and Logistics In conjunction with the transit/customs services of the affiliate, order the solar solutions from Parent company in Paris with full consideration of Sales forecast, route, period of storage and inventory. Coordinate logistics to other warehouses in the affiliate and ensure solar systems storage in inline with the approved  Sales and Marketing Manage annual solar lamp annual sales budgeting process for Total marketing Nigeria and monitor implementation. Set up distribution policy and ensure its development in line with the channel of sales. Follow up on the pricing mechanism/Margins analysis per channel and customer category monitor Monitor feed backs of competitor activities Develop and establish excellent brand image Train and retrain sales team, resellers, partners etc Ensure implementation of after sales procedures Ensure customer feedbacks is incorporated into market and product requirement.  Reporting Coordinate the reporting activities and prepare periodic reports for Management (Paris and Nigeria) monthly and Periodic Review Collect and analyze market data from internal and external sources to produce quantitative analysis for management strategic decision.  HSEQ - Ensure quality, environmental and safety standards are not compromised.
  3. 2009 - 2013 Training Manager  Collate and analyze training needs from all divisions in Total Nig  Prepare training plan in line with identified needs and approved budget  Negotiate with relevant Training consultants local and international for programs suitable for individual/collective needs.  Plan and execute in- plant ,open program and international trainings  Plan, implement and monitor all courses within approved budget  Make annual and monthly returns to ITF & ensure all trainings meet ITF specifications and requirements for approval and reimbursement of 60% Annual Levy.  Ensure good record keeping, update all file in readiness for Audits  Prepare monthly, periodic reports and update the HRIS software.  Plan and organize the Annual management conference for all managers and the Management strategic conference for senior executives with the Human capital Manager.  Coordinate the budgets and implementation of conference budget for other divisions Other assignments (in absence of the Human Capital Manager).  New employee Recruitment  Staff mobility.  Co-ordinate the activity of the human capital department 2007-2008 TOTAL NIG PLC HEAD OFFICE Retail Trainer head office (west)  Deploy all HSEQ materials to the stations within west territory  Rollout and Conduct training within the budget for about 250 dealers, 250 Driveway supervisors and 3500 customer attendants.  Organize and facilitates trainings for shop staff and mega stations staff  Organize and co-ordinate Safety/Retail training for Retail Sales Executives  Animate training programs from Paris for the department  Conduct and monitor the risk assessment grid within west territory twice a year and propose corrective action plan.  Monitor the club elite and detect qualified dealers/station  Co-ordinate Top scars, Nigoscars and other internal competition within the territory of coverage.  Monitor the young dealership scheme 2007 TOTAL NIG PLC EASTERN REGION Regional Training Manager  Deploy all HSEQ materials to the stations within east region  Conducted training for 85 Dealers, 85 Driveway supervisors and 1500 Customer Attendants.  Co-ordinate and facilitated internaltrainings and meetings forstaff withinthe Region.  Manage the land/rent profile with the legal representative in the Region.
