Given these trends, our mission is more relevant than ever: we revolutionize how the world engages with ideas and informationWe want to help our customers evolve and transform their businesses by the ability to engage with customers in new ways.We are expanding our strategy in two important ways in order to both serve our customers better and drive our financial growth into the future.
First, we are expanding Adobe’s focus fromcontent to content plus applications.That means that we are making it easier for customers to do more with their information and assets, more easily and more quickly. Customers should be able to take content across multiple screens, manipulate it, use it for commerce or critical business through applications.
The second dimension of our expanded strategy is to extend the value we provide from creation to creation and optimization.We have always focused on helping customers create incredible things and deliver them across media for people to consume. But it has been challenging to complete the loop of how that content performs through measurement and optimization. We intend to help our customers deliver the right content to the right person at the right time.That is especially critical in technical communication and eLearning, where it’s essential to understand how effectively the user is engaging with the content and internalizing/learning it.
