Arts Center
As Program Director, Mr. Prine oversaw the development of a
state of the art Athletic Complex. Project included the
demolition of a existing Football Stadium and Gymnasium and
development of a new combined facility. All of the work was
accomplished on an operating campus located in the downtown
area of the City of Decatur. It required constant attention to
detail and safety monitoring.

state of the art Multi-Purpose Athletic Complex. The project was

Georgia Tech Women’s Softball Complex– Atlanta, Georgia
As Program Manager, Mr. Prine assisting Campus Architects and
Facilities in the development of a 500-seat complex designed to
host NCAA Regional and Super Regional Tournaments. The
complex included state-of-the-art satellite and cable
communications systems. The team facility building included
locker rooms, meeting rooms, batting tunnel, taping rooms,
coach’s rooms etc. Project received LEED Certification.
Services included interviewing and assisting in the selection of

City of Oakwood Georgia, Program Management Downtown and Commercial Center Development
This 20+year plan to re-define the city, from one with an
aging housing stock, no defined downtown, and commercial
development along the highway, to one with a well-defined
downtown which supports a live-work-play environment, an
associated commercial center connected through
greenways to the other elements of downtown, and
planned redevelopment of the existing neighborhoods
bordering the proposed downtown area.
Location This program is part of a master plan for Oakwood, which is

Mr. Prine effectively stabilized cash flow despite a
