2012 – 2014 (2 years) Managing Consultant
ACP IT Solutions AG, http://www.acp.de/
I relocated back to my home country Germany where decided working for ACP IT Solutions AG, an Austrian/ German
IT company operating in a profit center setup. The company was addressing the need of a new Unified
Communication unit homed near Munich. Starting with building a new team and propagating the new business area
within the DACH region. I had to establish the same partner relationships with all necessary vendors and focused in
addition into video conferencing solution (Polycom), where I managed establishing a fast return in sales. The market
awareness for ACP I established due to a greater number of public conference where I was assigned as speaker.
Building my new team required the engagement of young trainees into a mentoring program, guiding those member
through the entire process from technical understand up to the technical planning process. After a new subsidiary
joined the ACP group, I became a member of the 3rd level support team under Microsoft PLSP (Microsoft Premier
Support for Lync Partners), dealing directly with the Microsoft product group. Acquiring the first customer for ACP
under the new service group was challenging process, which I managed professionally and fast. Focusing on new
customers, I build a good relationship with companies like DataGroup and Thales, where large Enterprise projects
were launched for core Microsoft services like Active Directory, Exchange and Lync.

these changes. After the approach was confirmed, I went back to Germany to further study the business ethic of

to establish business relationships with German companies e.g. Ferrari Electronic and KEMP technology to include
their portfolio into infoWAN Asia, which enable’s me strengthen the business opportunities in SEA region. In my role

partner in this region. Due to the multi role assignment of my person, I lead the internal technical team, as well as the
technical deployment teams our customers, manage and lead the largest SEA Lync implementation for PETRONAS
and the associated IT provider iPerintis. Promote Unified communication in the SEA region with strong focus into
Malaysia, where I lead PoC’s, pre-sales and provide the technical expertise, as well as training for internal infoWAN
