• Established May 2009, as a not-for-profit ‘company limited by guarantee’
• Founded by Government and the Mayor of London to assist them in delivering
their legacy commitments for the Olympic Park
• Commercial approach, but social objectives at our core
• Led by:
• Margaret Ford (Chair) and Andrew Altman (CEO)
• Board comprising experts from development, social enterprise, sport, local
government, event management
• Offices in Stratford
• Top team in place and staffing from LDA

assets of the Olympic site, let alone all of them delivered simultaneously and in conjunction
with the construction of the largest urban shopping mall in Europe – this is an almost
